The Supported Living Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Connecticut to support individuals toward independence. This role involves assisting with daily living, chores, and transportation to appointments, while fostering personal growth and self-sufficiency.

You will help individuals develop routines, practice budgeting, and learn essential life skills in a supportive, community-based setting. Positions available as Full Time or Part Time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
• Must have a high school education or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
