The Supported Living Group is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals toward independence in Connecticut. You will assist with daily living, chores, and transportation to appointments, while promoting personal growth and skills development.

Qualifications

• A desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities is a key attribute we seek.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, insurance and registration is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a personal cell phone.
• We value passion and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household chores and tasks.
• Drive to appointments and outings as needed.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Help develop routines that promote independence and self-sufficiency.
• Teach life skills such as grocery shopping and budgeting.
