Job summary

Robin Hill Farm is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and promote independence in a supportive, home-like setting.

You will perform tasks such as meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation assistance while upholding safety and confidentiality. Training is provided; you must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including meals, housekeeping, and companionship.
• Support with personal hygiene care and transportation as needed.
• Perform light duties as assigned to help residents live safely and independently.
