Robin Hill Farm is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help residents with daily activities, supervision, and companionship in a brain injury residential setting. You will support residents in pursuing independence while collaborating with families and our care team.

The role requires no prior experience; orientation and training are provided. A valid driver’s license is needed, and you’ll work a variety of shifts with pay differentials for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Reliable, accountable and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and supervision to ensure safety and well-being.
• Support personal hygiene care and transportation assistance as needed.
• Perform other light duties as assigned to support the program.
