Essential Services LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently in home and community settings. You will provide person-centered care, assist with daily living tasks, and implement ISP goals to promote growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior DSP or caregiving experience.
• Able to work weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily tasks and independence.
• Follow ISP goals to support client development.
• Support routines and healthy habits.
• Accompany clients on outings and appointments.
• Provide safe transportation using own vehicle.
• Maintain documentation and reporting.
