Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. You will provide hands-on support, emotional encouragement, and community engagement to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving/healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
• Administer medication (if certified).
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
