Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.

Starting Pay: $21.40 per hour. Work location is in-person with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and sick leave. Training available via College of Direct Support and preference for candidates with caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship.
• Behavioral support and mentorship.
• Medication administration.
• Transportation to community activities.
