Job summary

Phamily Values LLC in Upland, PA is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Provider to help individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities with daily living activities. You will support with personal care, meals, and transportation, while documenting progress and following individualized plans.

You will promote independence, coordinate with care teams, and respond to crises with a patient, person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances (PA State Police, FBI, Child Abuse).
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and person-centered approach to care.
