Qualifications

• Pre-employment background and drug screenings required.
• Valid driver's license with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• High school diploma or equivalent if required by location.
• Minimum one year in human services if required by location.

Responsabilités

• Identify and report abuse or rights violations.
• Provide support and supervision to individuals to meet their plans.
• Ensure training and support plans are implemented per regulations.
• Protect health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Promote independence and choice in a positive environment.
• Follow positioning schedules and use equipment per plan.
• Maintain homes, outdoor areas and vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
