The role offers full-time and part-time shifts (AM/PM/NOC) with starting pay at $17/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with IDD or mental health supports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on direct support and assistance.
• Ensure safety and personal growth of those served.
• Assist with daily living tasks and light housekeeping.
