Omega Day Centers in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help build independence, confidence, and community connections through daily living assistance, meaningful activities, and respectful interaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
At least two years of relevant work or life experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centered support based on individual goals and needs.
Assist with daily living activities and personal care when needed.
Accompany individuals on community outings and activities.
Plan and facilitate engaging recreational and life-skills activities.
Document activities accurately in electronic systems and work with the support team.
