Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning in Princeton, Massachusetts, seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The DSP will assist with daily activities and ensure the needs of individuals are met.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities, including household chores and recreational activities.
• Represent the needs and interests of individuals served.
