Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Concord, NH. The DSP will help with daily activities, including chores, meals, recreation, learning, and fitness, while encouraging independence and life skills.

You may assist with transportation to activities and participate in program planning to best meet each person's needs. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.20 per hour, based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting.
• Assist with daily activities including household chores, meal prep, recreational, learning, and fitness activities.
• Represent the needs and interests of individuals served and contribute to program planning.
• May assist with transportation to activities, including use of a company or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
