Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Lunenburg, MA, to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The DSP will assist with daily activities and represent the needs and interests of individuals served. Ideal candidates should have experience with disabilities, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with daily activities, including household chores and meal preparation.
• Represent the needs, wants, and interests of individuals served.
• Provide input on program planning and implementation.
