Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience or training in human services preferred; strong emotional maturity and patience to support individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day organization and implementation of activities to promote independence and inclusion.
• Maintain documentation including progress notes and measurable goals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain cleanliness and safety at the location.
• Support medication administration processes and report changes in medical conditions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other staff; attend team meetings and trainings.
• Ensure coverage and staffing as needed, including scheduling and attendance responsibilities.
