You’ll be a caregiver, advocate, coach, and role model, helping people identify personal goals and live their best lives. This entry‑level position involves shifts across all times, driving when required, and providing transportation, personal care, and skill-building support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Conflict resolution and communication skills important
• Ability to maintain attendance and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide education on human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote healthy living and prevent illness and accidents.
• Promote self-advocacy and support individual choice.
• Accompany people to work, activities, and community outings.
• Teach independent living skills and assist with transportation if needed.
