Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disability preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to individuals with intellectual disabilities to enable community living and independence.
• Implement and document Individuals’ goals and intervention plans.
• Ensure safety, perform monthly checks, and follow ISP and behavior plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Administer medications as trained and monitor supplies.
