Job summary

QSAC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals in our Day Habilitation program in New York, with emphasis on independence and community integration. DSPs follow treatment plans and uphold the Code of Ethics while promoting personal growth.

Shift is early morning to late afternoon on weekdays, with a starting salary of $18.00 per hour. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, a valid NYS driver's license, and experience with IDD populations. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• NYS Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Home Health Aide experience is a plus
