Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support per service/program plans, including socialization and daily living activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, transportation, shopping, and community integration.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Support with medication administration or self-administration when assigned and report errors.
• Maintain safety and report incidents according to policy.

Skills

Six months of human services

Working knowledge of computers

Must be 18 years old

Education
