Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living in a residential setting.
• Provide direct care, supervision, and training to promote independence and community integration.
• Observe, document behavior, and report changes to supervisory staff.
• Assist with meal planning, transportation, and household tasks.
