You will assist residents with daily living tasks, coordinate social activities, and provide compassionate care while promoting dignity, choice, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Effective communication with individuals served.
• Experience in residential settings with IDD or related populations.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in achieving personal goals with a person-centered focus.
• Teach independent living and daily skills to residents.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in social activities including community outings.
• Instruct, support and participate in household tasks (cleaning, meals, shopping, etc.)
