Job summary

Venture Community Services in Southbridge, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults 22 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will provide advocacy and daily living support to help clients participate actively in their lives.

Shifts are Mon/Wed/Fri 12pm–3pm (10 hours weekly). Part-time role with paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $500 for part-time staff; salary range listed as $17.50–$19 per

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22 and over in daily living tasks in a residential setting.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, and personal care.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans, and medical guidelines.
