Development Workshop, Inc. is seeking an Employment Training Specialist on a part-time basis (29 hours/week) to advocate for and train people with disabilities. You will help clients grow, achieve, and gain independence through coaching to meet employer expectations.
Responsibilities include direct job coaching, support, and advocacy for clients who have secured community employment. Hours are flexible, not to exceed 29 per week, and a valid driver’s license is required.

To assist clients who have secured community employment to maintain and develop their vocational skills to levels needed to achieve their vocational goal. This will be accomplished through providing direct job coaching, support, and advocacy.
Part-Time. Monday - Sunday; hours will be determined based on client needs, require work beyond the regular workday, and respond to requests to work within 24-hour notice. Hours not to exceed 29 per week.
