Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, personal appearance, nutrition, recreation, and socialization.
• Administer medications per established procedures and maintain medication logs.
• Complete required records accurately and on time, including logs and progress notes.
• Engage individuals in meaningful activities and promote community integration.
