Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 12 months direct support experience in residential or community-based settings with similar needs.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services in compliance with Aya Living’s policies, legislation and contract requirements.

• Develop professional relationships and maintain effective communications with clients and relevant parties.
• Assess client needs and contribute to planning and delivery of service.

• Protect individuals from all forms of abuse and report incidents appropriately.

• Administer first aid and medications as required.
