Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings on a per diem, flexible schedule basis. You will support daily living skills, promote independence, and document progress in a respectful, client-centered environment.

Ideal candidates bring compassion, strong communication, and reliability. Prior DSP or caregiving experience helps, but is not required.

A growing NJ-based provider is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct support based on each individual’s needs and goals, including:

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines
• Supporting community participation and social engagement
• Encouraging independence in a safe and respectful environment
• Completing required documentation and progress notes
• Working closely with families and team members to provide quality support
