Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living skills, support community participation, document progress notes, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure safe, respectful care.

Per diem, flexible scheduling is available to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to complete required background checks and training.
