Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support in home and community settings. The role offers a flexible per diem schedule and meaningful, rewarding work with a supportive team environment.

You will assist with daily living, encourage social participation, and document progress while collaborating with families and staff. Prior DSP experience helps, but training is provided and background checks are required.

A growing NJ-based provider is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct support based on each individual’s needs and goals, including:

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines
• Supporting community participation and social engagement
• Encouraging independence in a safe and respectful environment
• Completing required documentation and progress notes
• Working closely with families and team members to provide quality support
