Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Rover | Harbor Point Nunica East on a full-time combo schedule. This on-site role offers meaningful work supporting independence, health, safety, and community integration across residential and day programs.

You’ll assist with daily living, coordinate health appointments, document care, and travel between locations as needed. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs. are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover provides person-centered support to individuals in residential, clinical, vocational, and day program settings. This role helps promote independence, health, safety, and community integration while supporting a variety of program locations based on organizational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
• Support health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans.
• Monitor safety and provide appropriate supervision and intervention
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Support community involvement, social activities, and personal goal.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a safe environment.
