Job summary

Divine Homes Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to an individual with developmental disabilities.

The DSP role includes evening and weekend shifts as listed, offering opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to complete all required agency training.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support and supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Support independent living and social skills.
• Assist with community outings and activities.
• Follow the individual's ISP and established support strategies.
• Ensure the individual's health, safety, and well-being.
• Complete required documentation and progress notes.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, family members, and the care team.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
