Job summary

Alay Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and improving their quality of life. As a DSP, you will provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement.

We offer full-time or part-time positions in New Jersey with an hourly rate of $21.40–$30.00, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or DSP role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
• Administer medication (if certified).
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
