Job summary

Fulfillment Family Services, LLC is seeking an Overnight Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care to residents in a night shift within a residential setting. You will ensure safety, assist with routines, monitor during the night, and respond to emergencies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and willingness to work overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with disabilities or in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Clear communication and teamwork required to support residents.

Responsibilities

Overnight Direct Support Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with disabilities during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of our residents throughout the night while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight support and supervision to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist residents with evening routines, including personal hygiene, bedtime preparations, and medication administration.
• Monitor residents during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Respond promptly to any medical or behavioral emergencies and follow appropriate protocols.
• Document and report all significant incidents, observations, and interactions during the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that promotes independence and self-advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Over 2 years experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar healthcare setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and compassionately with residents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and sound decisions during emergencies.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.

Shifts

Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesdays

Sundays are7pm- 7am, Monday - Wednesdays are 11pm-7am

Pay

$16.00 - $17.00 an hour. (Base off of experience)
