Job summary

Brightway Living & Learning in Selden, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time, hourly work between $21.00 and $23.10 per hour. Shifts include weekday and weekend coverage with 40 hours weekly, and a requirement for a valid NYS Driver's License.

As a DSP, you will provide individualized support with personal care, meal prep, transportation, and community outings, helping individuals develop life skills, promote independence, and participate in their communities.

Qualifications

• Must have a compassionate and patient approach to individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to support daily living activities and promote independence.
• Strong communication and teamwork with DSPs, supervisors, and families.

Responsibilities
