Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to enhance the lives of individuals served through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy.

The 32-hour per week schedule runs Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. Benefits include paid time off, insurance options, retirement plan with employer match, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Valid PA Driver's License and access to reliable car preferred.
• Candidates with Autism Experience encouraged.
• Physical/PPD and Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Provide transportation as needed and drive safely.
