Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners’ ReMed program is seeking Full-Time Direct Support Professionals to join our 8-bed residential programs in West Chester, Malvern and Paoli. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living tasks, therapies, and transport to appointments; schedule includes a mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p with one weekend shift on either Saturday or Sunday.

A high school diploma or GED is required, age 21+, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50lbs.

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments and outings
• Work with medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in treating our clients and each other. For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule: Mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p; one weekend shift of a Saturday or Sunday must be included
