Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Malvern, PA is seeking Part-Time Overnight Direct Support Professionals to join our residential programs. You will provide essential support to help clients succeed in daily living, therapies, and community activities.

The role requires assisting with personal care, driving clients to appointments and activities, and supporting individuals with diverse needs in a respectful, patient manner. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and transportation to appointments and outings.
• Work with medically complicated and behaviorally challenging clients.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

We are searching for Part-Time Overnight Direct Support Professionals to work in our residential programs located in Malvern, West Chester and/or Paoli.

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene (grooming, bathing, feeding), therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required***
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee
