Job summary

ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking Full-Time Direct Support Professionals to join our 8-bed residential programs in West Chester, Malvern and Paoli. You will provide daily living assistance, supervise therapies, and accompany clients to appointments and activities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is at least 21, holds a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 50 pounds. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, tuition assistance, and a referral bonus.

• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

ReMed , a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in treating our clients and each other. For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule: Mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p; one weekend shift of a Saturday or Sunday must be included
