Job summary

Open Hands is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care for individuals with disabilities in Virginia. You will support daily living activities, reinforce treatment plans, and promote independence in a respectful, safe environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, personal care, medications administration, and transporting clients to activities. A valid driver's license and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Valid Driver’s License & Active Car Insurance.
• Good communication skills (written & oral).
