Job summary

Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join teams serving individuals in community residential homes. You will provide direct care, support daily living activities, and help implement individualized plans in line with state and agency guidelines.

No prior experience required as training is provided; full-time and substitute positions are available, with benefits and shift differential for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willing to undergo background checks per local regulations.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Scope:** Direct Support Professional staff function as members of teams that are responsible for the direct care and instruction of individuals living in community residential homes in accordance with state, federal and Agency guidelines. Direct Support Professional staff will contribute to the creation of a safe, healthy emotional and physical environment for individuals.

No experience necessary we will train interested and eligible candidates
