Focus Behavioral Health Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 24/7 full-care assistance in a two-person staffing model. You will assist with daily living activities and personal care, working closely with a partner to ensure safety and compassionate support around the clock.

We welcome dependable, patient, and caring individuals. Paid training is offered; flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and overnights to meet staffing needs.

24/7 Care Double Staffing Meaningful Work

Focus is hiring dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 24/7 support to individuals who require full-care assistance and two-person staffing.

If you are patient, caring, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on support, we want you on our team!

PAY

$16.50–$18.50 per hour
Based on Experience & Education

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Our DSPs play an important role in helping individuals who require extensive support live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

You will work as part of atwo-person staffing team to provide consistent, dependable care and support throughout the day and night.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Providehands-on assistance with full-care daily living needs
• Assist withbathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and personal hygiene
• Provide support withlifting, transferring, positioning, and mobility
• Follow individualized care, support, and behavioral plans
• Provide24/7 supervision and support
• Work cooperatively with a second staff member to maintain safe and effective care
• Assist with medical appointments, errands, and community activities as appropriate
• Encourage independence and participation whenever possible
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Build positive, respectful, and supportive relationships
