Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism live fulfilling lives. You will work within a supportive team focused on respect and compassion, with 12.5-hour shifts and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities include daily living support, medication administration (training provided), meal prep, transportation, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Compassionate and patient when supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

We offer flexible schedules with full-time, part-time, and on-call positions. Shifts are 12.5-hour options.

What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As a DSP, you’ll make a difference every day by helping the people we serve reach their personal goals and live meaningful lives. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values respect, compassion, and teamwork.
