Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferably 1 year of disability care experience, not mandatory.
• Valid driver's license, personal car, proof of insurance, and minimum age of 18.
• Provide a personal or professional reference.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive support: Assist clients in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring safety and promoting independence.
• Professional friendship: Establish a healthy, supportive bond with clients.
• Daily living assistance: Help with personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean, organized living space.
• Health and wellness management: Coordinate and attend medical appointments, encourage exercise, and facilitate social activities.
