Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and personal transportation required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• One year of experience in disability care is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in all aspects of home and community life.

• Coordinate and attend medical appointments for clients.
