Job summary

Abound Health in Garner, North Carolina is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or support roles preferred.
• Ability to document care activities accurately.
• Comfortable assisting with daily living activities and behavioral support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living.
• Assist clients in participating in community activities.
• Support independence and skill development.
• Maintain health and safety in the client environment.
• Complete documentation and communicate with the Abound Health team.
