Job summary

ODC, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Community Day Aide in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. You will support individuals in Day Services by facilitating life-enriching activities, daily living skills, and community engagement.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least one year of related experience, with a valid driver's license. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm, with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• One year of experience with persons with disabilities or in nursing/home health care.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in Day Services with life-enriching activities.
• Provide personal cares discreetly (toileting, eating, mobility, behaviors).
• Creatively problem solve as needs arise for individuals in house or in the community.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insured vehicle for daily use.

• This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
