Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP/Caregiver) to work one-on-one with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home and community settings across Lancaster County, PA. No prior I/DD experience is required; training is provided.

A strong commitment to compassionate care and community impact is essential. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), 24/7 clinical support, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with individuals with I/DD; training may be available through apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with the ability to transport clients
• Experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Behavioral Technician (BT), Paraprofessional or Teacher/Teaching Assistant is highly preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on client's hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
