Dungarvin is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver for full-time roles in Wisconsin. You will work directly with adults with disabilities in residential settings, helping with daily activities, meals, personal care, and community integration. A valid drivers license is required to transport clients.
Wage starts at $17.00 per hour with a $2.00/hour weekend shift differential. Paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth are provided.

The DSP (caregiver/mentor) is responsible for providing:

If interested in aBehavioral DSP role– To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates with prior experience with intense high behaviors, both verbal and physical. You will provide support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and people who are faced with mental health, behavioral, and/or significant medical challenges. We are looking to hire staff who are patient, have good decision‑making and crisis‑management skills, and who will not be intimidated by these behaviors. Prior IDD, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.
