Job summary

Dungarvin, a mission-driven provider, seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will deliver hands-on care, encourage independence, and uphold dignity in daily living tasks.

We offer part-time schedules with full benefits including health, vision and dental insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO and paid training. Starting pay is $10.50 per hour, with growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years is required.
• Patient, dependable and able to work on a team.

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
