Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. You will support daily living activities, document care plans, and help residents maintain independence with respect and dignity.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required for regional or field assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to document care and follow support plans.

Job Description

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
