Job summary

AbleLight is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Fresno, CA to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and engage with their communities. You will build trust, provide mentorship, and support daily living and community participation.

We value energetic, compassionate team players with strong communication, reliability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
